My training in mindfulness has deep roots. It started when, two decades ago, I realized my severe health issues were caused by chronic stress. This realization, and my inquisitive mind with a background in science, prompted me to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Through mindfulness and Voice Dialogue, I resolved my own health issues, and have been supporting others for over a decade to live a life of less stress, more calm, and greater fulfillment.
